Known for turning complex challenges into clear, workable strategies, Ben helps clients unlock value while balancing operational needs with environmental responsibility.

Michelle Pember

Michelle is a Chartered Process Engineer with over 16 years of experience across process design consulting, design management, test-work programs, pilot plant supervision and operations. As General Manager and Principal at Rendement, she brings deep technical expertise and a proven leadership track record, guiding multi-disciplinary engineering teams across complex projects.

Her career spans a broad range of industries including water, wastewater, minerals processing, IX and uranium-from-phosphate technologies.

Erin Pottharst

Erin is a Process Engineer, experienced in hydrometallurgy and water process design as well as brownfields project delivery within complex operating environments. Erin combines strong first-principles engineering capability with practical project execution experience. She is particularly skilled at translating technical requirements into fit-for-purpose engineering solutions, working closely with operations and multidisciplinary teams to ensure designs are practical, efficient, and deliverable.

Zach Rossato

Zach is a Hydrogeologist with four years of professional experience in Uranium ISR, having previously worked for Heathgate Resources (Four Mile West) and Alligator Energy (Samphire). Zach has been involved in ISR wellfield operations; hydrogeological field investigations; installation of observation and production wells; and site conceptualisation.

Intern Process Engineer

Callum Walker

Callum is a fourth-year Bachelor of Chemical Engineering (Honours) student at Adelaide University with a strong interest in hydrometallurgy, critical minerals processing, and process design. At Rendement he has contributed to the development and operation of hydrometallurgical testwork programs and supported process design activities across a range of projects. His experience includes designing laboratory and pilot-scale testwork, data analysis, and supporting development of engineering solutions for process optimisation and scale-up.
